We divided the course into three main sections: Before the sale, During the sale and After the sale.

In the first section you will learn the difference between luxury and mass products, which are different luxury categories, who are luxury consumers, why do they buy, and which skills are essential to become a successful and ethical sales professional and sell luxury.

The second section is dedicated to the sale process. Explanation of seven steps of sale is with affluent customers in mind. You will learn some tricks of the trade and how to change your mindset to be able to sell high-end products and services.

Third section is about handling a complaint and create loyal customers who will keep coming back to you. You will learn how to recognize behaviors that might hold you back in order to become great, and you will learn also how to make a goal plan to make it work.

There are also PDF files in ‘Resources’ with examples of Sale Presentations (according to different types of customers) and tips on how to make your Sales Pitch great.
