Grounds for Appeal:
Students may appeal decisions or outcomes related to the following:

  1. Informal Resolution:
  • Before initiating a formal appeal, students are encouraged to first attempt to resolve the issue informally with the instructor or course administrator.
  • This may involve discussing the concerns, providing additional information or clarification, and seeking a resolution mutually acceptable to both parties.
  1. Formal Appeal Process:
    a. Submission of Appeal:
    • If the issue remains unresolved after the informal stage, the student may submit a formal appeal in writing to the Appeals Committee at contact@elearn.zorarte.com.The appeal should clearly state the grounds for the appeal, relevant details, and any supporting documentation or evidence.
    b. Review by Appeals Committee:
    • Upon receipt of the appeal, the Appeals Committee will review the case impartially and thoroughly.The Committee may request additional information from the student, instructor, or other relevant parties as needed.
    c. Decision and Notification:
    • The Appeals Committee will communicate its decision to the student within a reasonable timeframe.
    • The decision of the Appeals Committee is final and binding.

All appeals and related discussions will be handled with strict confidentiality to protect the privacy of the student and the parties involved.
