Modules 1 & 2: Impact Mindsets & Skills – A mistake many nonprofit leaders make is building their nonprofit on a shaky foundation. This is why shoring up foundational mindsets and skills is a crucial first step for leaders at any level.

Modules 3 & 4: Impact Processes – Once your mindsets and skills transformation is well underway, you can then implement the time-proven strategies of continuous improvement. It is through repetitive processes that you will accomplish the mission of your organization.

Modules 5 & 6: Impact Measurements – Having the right processes is one thing, but putting points on the scoreboard is another. The last critical step is to define the metrics that matter most and discuss them in a constructive way at regular intervals.
