Responsibilities:

- Staff members receive training and guidance on safeguarding policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Learner Responsibilities:
- Learners are encouraged to report any concerns or incidents related to their safety, well-being, or the safety of others to appropriate authorities or designated safeguarding officers.
- Learners are expected to treat others with respect, refrain from behavior that may cause harm or distress, and adhere to our code of conduct.
Types of Concerns:
- Physical Safety: Ensuring that learning environments, facilities, and equipment are safe and free from hazards.
- Emotional Well-being: Supporting learners’ emotional health and providing resources for mental health support if needed.
- Online Safety: Promoting online safety and cyberbullying prevention for learners participating in virtual learning environments.
- Protection from Abuse: Taking measures to prevent and respond to incidents of abuse, harassment, discrimination, or bullying.
Reporting and Response:
- Reporting Procedure:
- Any concerns or incidents related to safeguarding learners should be reported to the Safeguarding Officer or designated contact person at reporting@zorarte.com
- Reports can be made confidentially, and anonymity will be respected if requested.
- Investigation and Response:
- Upon receiving a report, the Safeguarding Officer will conduct a thorough investigation, assess the risk level, and take appropriate action in line with safeguarding policies and legal requirements.
- Responses may include providing support to affected learners, involving external authorities or agencies if necessary, and implementing preventive measures.
Confidentiality and Privacy:
All safeguarding concerns, reports, and investigations will be handled with strict confidentiality, and the privacy of individuals involved will be respected throughout the process.
